Poached Red Plums

poached plums with wine, honey and a pinch of salt.

Ingredients

  • 3 red plums
  • 1C (312g) white wine
  • 1/4C (84g) honey
  • yogurt
  • granola

Instructions

  • Add the honey, wine and salt to a pan and bring to a boil. Once Boiling add the plums or pluots face down and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 10 minuets then turn off the heat.
  • Place the yogurt in a bowl or plate. Add a few pieces of red plums of pluots. Top with granola and enjoy.

Notes

 I add a little bit of dill weed flowers and cilantro flowers for fun
