Mango avocado salad

mango and avocado mixed with accompaniments to make a crisp and refreshing salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (128g) Mango
  • 1 (126g) Avocado
  • ½ C (88g) Cucumber
  • 2 (24g) Green Onion
  • 1 oz (26g) Lime juice
  • 4 tsp (8g) Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp (8g) Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp (1g) Chili flakes
  • To Taste Salt

Instructions

  • Cut the avocado in half, scoop out the flesh then cut into half  inch cubes. Sprinkle with a pinch a salt then lightly mix with a spoon
  • Peel the skin from the mango, remove the fleshy ends from the seed, and cut into half  inch cubes. Cut the cucumber into quarter inch cubes. Clean the outer skin of the green onion and thinly slice into small thin rounds. Place all in a bowl with the avocado and lightly mix
  • Add  the soy sauce and lime juice and give the salad a firm mix until the liquids are fully incorporated. Season again if desired.

  • Place the salad into a serving vessel and garnish with the sesame seeds and chili flakes
